Instagram reality check: every slide in a carousel is forced to the ratio of the first slide, so all exports here share one ratio. Max 20 slides, 8 MB each.

Gaps: a frame that isn't fully covered turns red with a ! badge. Close all gaps grows and re-seats every photo to fill the frames it already spans, so a nudged panorama snaps back flush.
